Challenge
A project managed by Innovasur and IFEMA, Madrid urban F1 circuit project faced serious public and legal opposition due to potential health impacts from noise and pollution during construction and events. A monitoring solution was needed to ensure compliance with acoustic and environmental standards, reinforcing transparency, oversight, and legitimacy of the project.
Solution
Bettair deployed 6 bettair® nodes at strategic locations around IFEMA, collecting real-time environmental and acoustic data on NO₂, O₃, PM₂.₅, PM₁₀ and noise levels. This directly addressed the community’s concerns by ensuring compliance with acoustic and environmental regulations and providing an objective view of the project’s impact.
