Held in Barcelona since 2011, the Smart City Expo World Congress<\/strong> is the leading international event for cities. The main mission of the congress is to empower cities and collectivize urban innovation<\/strong> worldwide. By promoting social innovation and identifying opportunities for collaboration, the event is dedicated to creating a better future for cities and their citizens.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Air quality monitoring in the EPZs will allow municipalities to promote sustainable mobility measures.<\/strong><\/p>\n

dnota can also help to monitor air quality in other areas of the city, such as<\/span> schools<\/strong> and health centers<\/strong>, which are particularly sensitive areas in the event that pollution levels are exceeded<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

By the end of 2023, all municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, as well as island territories, will have to establish a Low Emission Zone (LEZ)<\/strong>. This obligation will also be extended to those municipalities with more than 20,000 inhabitants when the pollution levels set forth in Royal Decree 102\/2011, of January 28, on the improvement of Air Quality are exceeded.<\/p>\n

dnota<\/strong> has been betting on Air Quality Control in the reference stations installed in all the Autonomous Communities, being the leading company in the sector. Since last November, dnota became a shareholder of Bettair Cities<\/strong>with the intention of becoming an operator capable of providing traditional air quality services, as well as solutions with novel technology that enables highly accurate mapping of urban air pollution on a scale previously unimaginable.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For air quality monitoring in Low Emission Zones and in any other area, dnota makes available the bettair\u00ae<\/sup> static nodes<\/strong>, which measure all air quality indicators, NO2, NO, CO, O3, O3, SO2, H2S, CO2, PM10, PM2.5, PM1.0<\/strong>as well as the level of environmental noise<\/strong> y meteorological parameters<\/span><\/strong>with wireless connectivity, can be integrated into any platform.<\/p>\n<\/div>
